I have always felt that Kai's mom is the real problem here, and she's repeating it with Grace. Homeschooled, never properly socialized, never had to hold down a job or get occupational therapy, on and on. Kailyn obviously has a disability and I think she could have had a better outcome in life if her mother had sought out a lot of extra support instead of hiding her head in the sand. I don't think Gracie has any disability, I think she's just being treated exactly the same, and she'll end up with a lot of the same issues that Kailyn has from being basically locked in the house her whole life. She should be in public school to have half a chance.

People keep saying Gracie is being homeschooled, but did Kai actually admit that or is that pure speculation because she doesn't mention Gracie or school anymore?

Supposedly they signed her up for some online program, but hasn't made a peep about it since then. Guac is so doomed.

Kailyn has shown Gracie up very late on school nights also multiple times. Poor Gracie doesn’t have a chance.

I hope Gracie develops some backbone when she becomes a teen, and forces them to let her go to high school. I think she'd have a better chance of leading a somewhat normal life if she could attend school like other kids. She doesn't have a disability preventing her from succeeding like Kailyn has.

She’s going to be so poorly educated I don’t know if she can ever catch up if they don’t start working with her on her education.
As bad as Kailyn is one would think that MW would want better for Gracie but she doesn’t.

What really sucks about that is that Kailyn and her mom never even thought of G ever going to college. Kailyn said so when G was a baby. They have the trap a man and never work again mentally. OMG so infuriating. And Matt totally let her down too.

She has admitted it to some people but hasn't openly posted it. But also the program they signed up for can barely be called curriculum. Apparently the laws are very lax in Maryland so they don't have to do much with her. This is why Kailyn is so stupid, and rather than change things with Gracie and not repeat this same pattern, they're just doing the same damn thing with her that they did with Kailyn.

Thanks for clarifying the school thing. I thought she doesn't attend school, I just wondered if Kai actually made that public.

Do you guys think MW has ever reflected Kais life and her upbringing? I wonder what MW thinks when she talks to clients and friends and they mention how their children are thriving in life, meanwhile Kai still lives in her partents house with zero education or motivation to work.
Of course you want your kid to be happy, but I'd be embarassed as fuck if someone I know said "Oh my daughter has bought her own house now./ My son got a promotion at work.". What could MW possibly answer? "My daughter got yet another game for her Nintendo switch."
Does she ever think she fucked up along the way...?
