I don't care who guests on the podcast as long as it's not Jonah, Carly, Suzy (who I like but in small doses), or Todd. I personally don't think those four will add anything and I hope they stay off (just my opinion)

Even if sex with Liza was crazy bad, I don't think that David would choose masturbation over sex if he had a normal relationship with his body and sexuality. I think that there's a few possibilities here;

a- He has very specific kinks and needs and doesn't think a woman could ever satisfy him in bed because of those
b- He is gay but hasn't come to terms with it so thinks that he doesn't like sex
c- He is on the asexual spectrum

Before the Datalie ship, I used to think that David was gay. Maybe my initial thoughts on him were right because for now I think that B is the most likely possibility.

Maybe one possibility is he's never been really attracted to the women he's had sex with?

a) sounds reasonable too. he said "you know what you want better than anyone". He probably has trust issues, and doesn't want to be vulnerable around anyone outside of a committed relationship (founded on trust etc). He trusted his ex and was confident she would keep his secrets, and he did the same in return. The way he spoke of his ex, he probably believed he was going to get married to her. Then when that relationship falls through, he now has all this new attention. It would be hard to not think it wasn't because of the clout that these girls suddenly want him. He just needs to find a girl who has nothing to gain by dating him (ex. an established actress, a girl who comes from money etc). He needs to know that he can trust this girl to not use him (ex. as an expose on his private time, a clout relationship where she just gains from association etc). He's casually mentioned before that he wonders if a girl would just want him to get her knocked up to make him pay for child support. Yes, he does have irrational thoughts on things, but that isn't exactly one of them. He's in a position where he is a meal ticket to these IG girls that supposedly want him. Tana is an easy example of this, where she speaks of him as just another easy source of clout for her (well, I mean, at least she's honest). So, she definitely should not be the girl he starts sleeping with to get him back out there. She's a terrible option despite being a sexually confident girl. She's also just a gross person, and proud of it too. The number of times she and her friends boast about her gross behaviour and how she loves to not shower...might turn off David's attraction to sexually confident girls altogether if she's the leading example lol. Honestly, a porn star wouldn't be a bad way to lose his virginity again, but he would have to find the means to trust the girl first, which is ultimately up to him to figure out. If he wasn't weird about hooking up with Corinna, she'd be the only girl in his friend group that would work too, but that comes with a lot of risk (as Todd and Corinna are just now back to normal)

i literally only just started watching the vlog squad so have fkn hours and hours of shit to catch up on but i started at the start with davids and holy shit his first few videos are so sexual... and his vines he made were filled with filthy sex jokes. He's lost alot of confidence in that area or his publicity team have shut it down.

i don't think he is asexual or gay, i think he is just scared of being exploited tbh & loves the suspense and attention that his shipbaiting with natalie creates and doesn't want to ruin that at this point in time

TBH, I think David is just full of shit. Saying that is an easy way to get girls to lay off trying to crack on to him and to stop people shipping him with anyone and everyone. He wants us all to know hes in a committed relationship with his hand.

Its so funny to me how they never used to talk about rumors or drama and now that everyone has a podcast you can tell (as if it wasn't clear enough before) they see nearly everything and talk about it in their groupchat.
