Not to defend her, but compression socks are no joke lol.. I worked in nursing and those things are a bitch to put on, HOWEVER they are much worse when the person is overweight/ obese compared to a thin person with that being said we all see those swollen sausage for thighs on her which it’s why it’s a struggle, and perhaps if she didn’t only do legs those arm muscles would kick in to pull them on easier.FakinFakinFakin wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2020 10:34 amIs she wearing too small of compression tights? it bothers me that she just skirts around the issue of EDs. like the poor health decisions she makes wouldn't bother me so much if she openly stated that what she does is influenced by a mental issue that inhibits her health choices. that way you wouldn't have younger viewers accepting what she does as healthy, or at least they would take it with a grain of salt. there's nothing wrong with talking about EDs if you're open about it and don't glorify them. I remember finding her cheat day videos and feeling so bad about myself bc she was in such good shape and could still eat like that. it wasn't until I found a video of her saying she often eats her food with chopsticks just to slow herself down that I knew something was wrong, bc that's textbook ED

If they are shiritaki noodles then that's solid evidence that she's restricting hardcore. No one eats that shit because they like the taste . Love the excuse "nothing else in the house, gotta go grocery shopping", like she's so busy from doing nothing all day she couldn't possibly go to the shop or grab something from a restaurant (or get delivery!). She didn't even have to make up a lie, she could just NOT document every meal she eats, but I guess that's asking too much of her .

Hmmmmm getting mad orthorexia vibes (not diagnosing) because I’m sure some people love the fact they’re not hungry so they don’t have to think about food and therefore won’t eat. Yeah, I think I would be way more supportive of her if she just owned up to having severe issues with food. No one gets as lean as she was by accident. It takes concentrated restriction. If she admitted to her issues and actively worked on them, I would respect her so much more. She doesn’t have to tell us everything about the psychological reasons for her problems, but she should at least be more transparent that this “all-in” is basically a method of recovery for f-ed up eating habits. And she should also make it clear that those habits were severe restriction and restrict-binge cycling, not “orthorexic tendencies” like she tried to claim in that one video.

Stephanie, show us your life WITHOUT food. Stop posting photos of food, period. Unless you just baked a German chocolate cake for Valentine's Day or some outlandish shit, we do not care about your shirataki noodles. Only you do. Because all you care about is food. And it controls your life. And yes, you are always hungry, because no one eats meals after the meals they just ate. Especially if it's an entire restaurant breakfast plate like in your last video.
Also what was with the duck face photos in the compression stockings? I hope she isn't starting to do that now. Her life and personality are already basic enough.
edit: I just thought of something. Does anyone think she might actually be depressed with how much of a rut her life is in and is masking it with a ton of food? That makes perfect sense to me. She has no friends and nothing going on and her mom is mentally ill. I was talking to my therapist about my own struggle with binge eating and she says it's done to fill a hole in your life and you have to figure out what that hole is. Stephanie's hole is her empty, unsubstantial life.

I watch her videos on 2x speed on YouTube cause they’re that boring and even then I can’t finish them. I only checked out her latest video cause people on here were saying that in the last meal you could see her double chin so I had to check that out cause I think that her face does look pretty ok compared to the rest of her body. While I was watching that it kinda made me realize that she’s eating/behaving like Amberlynn Reid around food??? Like the facial expression, the „OMG“s „wow so good“, over the top reaction to basic shit. And in that cauliflower part she basically „scooped“ the food in with her tongue before the fork reached her mouth something that our girl ALR does

Yes you’re right, totally my bad whoops ! Most people who are orthorexic would usually stick with whole foods and Steph is the queen of low cal bland ass snacks although I would like to know to what extent do most people with EDs believe the calorie count on the labels. Because a lot of companies can over or underestimate what’s on the label and it can range pretty high depending on how much or what you’re eating. And I want to add to her most recent post that she said absoLUTELY NOThing about how unhappy and hungry she was when she was skinnier. Suspect that she’s trying to convince herself that she’s supposed to feel happier now but she doesn’t. It’s like people who try losing weight to feel happier and better about themselves. They may like their new body better but their old shit is still here. In this case Stephanie may be wondering what on earth she was thinking when posting the two photos together. I mean honestly if you were to ask me I’m more okay with what she’s doing now than before because I think more people in the fitness community are going to look at this and not want to look like how she does now. Whereas before she was marketing herself as this fitness skinny ass girl who would eat whatever she wanted and not get fat. Like if you asked most people who they’d rather look like, they’d rather look like pre all in Stephanie because gaining weight is easier than losing weight for 90% of the population. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if she's depressed. Personally I can be a bit of a hermit in the winter, and if I ever have a 3 day weekend with not much going on I feel antsy and bleh and just ready to go back to work by the third day to get out of my rut. And that seems to be her life every single day, except the occasional editing. She pretty much has the $$ and fame, which in some ways is even worse, because there's no hope/drive/excitement trying to reach her goals. She kind of already accomplished it all, and maybe she's in a place of... now what? She would probably be so much happier if she just DID something, find something that gets her excited and do it. And along with everyone else, I think she would feel (and look) a lot better if she cut way way back on all the sugar and processed stuff. I went through (and still sometimes struggle with) my own disordered eating. Improving my mindset involved eating mostly whole foods, eating to satisfaction, and never stuffing myself (I can pretty easily maintain 20-21 BMI doing this). And because I'm now eating enough, all the donuts and junk she's always eating don't even look very good to me, so I don't quite understand the obsession. Especially considering how much she has to be eating to gain so much, I feel like she has to feel constantly full. If I'm full the absolute LAST thing that sounds appetizing is a donut.
Maybe she needs to cut out the junk altogether for some time. Once I stopped keeping desserts in the house and stopped making them a day to day thing, I hardly even think about them on a normal day. And it terms of 'cheat' meals... I never have much desire to do this on my own, it's only having some drinks with friends or going to parties, then I allow myself to be free around the food. With how she looks, I feel like she has to be stuffing herself or going too crazy with the calorie dense processed crap day to day. Maybe she's nervous about sinking back into old habits... but why not just cut the sugar for a month or something and see if the cravings go away? I don't think it's disordered to have a couple general guidelines around food, that's just what normal people have to do to stay healthy.
