anyone know what happened to Corey from the DIS? they referenced that he had a car accident last week.

They said on yesterday's weekly podcast that he was lucky and it could have been more serious but he still won't be back until after the new year at the earliest. Drove into a tree. The eerie thing about it is that I believe that it was just a couple of months ago that his wife Julie's brother died in a car accident.

Yes her brother did die recently in an accident and she’s been definitely devastated. When I saw her Instagram story about Coreys accident I gasped. She said she believes her brother was looking out for him. Part of me hopes that’s a healing thing for her because she’s taken her brothers death very hard (understandably).

According to the latest in their moving to the Magic series, Pete is 54, almost 55. I knew he couldn’t be in his 40s! And Shawn is now a real estate agent. Hope he shows houses in something other than a ratty tank top and baseball cap.

I would have said 60s too, but I saw someone mention 40s, which seemed waaaaay too young to me. His mother is in her late 80s, so that tracks.

Yeah...I watch him from time to time. I could go on and on about my distaste for him...but what happened with Lora?? I do like her:) Her insta is set to private so I don't see what she posted. If I could have a guess, he was probably taking advantage of her and her kindness because she did help in a lot with the growth of his channel. Can't prove that though. It would make sense because he really does come off as a privileged, entitled man-child from time to time. What did she say in the post? As for his new girl, she is very pretty and I like her too. They are very clearly dating, so maybe Lora got the cold shoulder once she came into the picture?

Unless advertisers are pulling back, then yes he's full of shit (more than usual). It's unlikely they are reducing ad spend right before the holiday shopping and travel season, and COPPA should not dictate advertisers reducing spend in advance of it. If anything they will spend less by virtue of less targeted ads being delivered, but as you noted that hasn't kicked in yet.
