Lots of good points. Goldblatt is obsessed with looks and thinks he's better looking than he actually is. He's got cute aspects to his face but, overall, there's nothing exceptional about his looks. Except his body. It's unfortunate he's so obsessed with money. It's especially unfortunate that he has a moderate amount of disposable income but has really vulgar taste. He's enthralled by Gucci and other flashy brands as only the newly rich can be. Some of the outfits he puts together are embarrassing. What's harder to forgive is his negative attitude to society's less fortunate people. His cavalier manner to "ordinary" people is his least attractive trait. He is world-class in being a bad judge of people. He's seems to have some of the same weakness as Gross - he's obsessed with his looks, he puts a high value on material wealth, he doesn't have friends who care about him, he's immature, he hasn't been grounded by his parents with a guide to what's useful in life, he doesn't give a fuck about social injustice or the lives of other people, and so forth. He's exactly the sort of person that would prompt some elderly men to say "Military service would sort him out!"
If he's not careful he'll end up with his very own trash thread rather than a few shout outs in Charlie's Bitchy Queen session.
He does have intelligence and I believe him when he says he was third in his high school class and completed his BA in 3 years. His problem is that he has no discipline and only vague goals. I enjoy watching him and wish him the best, but I think there's only a 50/50 chance that he'll have a meaningful and happy life. Still, I'd rate him higher than Charles any day.
