What was she sick from? Usually when people don’t feel well they follow the BRAT diet (I think that’s what it’s called). Pretty much you consume bland foods that aren’t heavy (as you mentioned pasta def can be) and that don’t cause further tummy upset.tar wrote:She’s sick but going to have pasta.
