I need some good breakfast foods

I am always hungry at school. What can I eat to keep me full until 11:30? (I go to school at 6:40)

Something quick and easy that would keep you full for a long time would be oatmeal, I like adding bananas and walnuts to mine currently. I always tend to switch it up.

Oatmeal for sure! You can even make cold over-night oats. Soak pretty much equal parts oats and milk overnight. You can mash-up a banana in it. Or add chia or hemp seeds in it. Add peanut butter. There are endless possibilities.

Protein/granola bars are also filling if you want something more on the go.

I was going to suggest overnight oats as well. They're so easy to make, and there's a ton of variations! My current favourite is brownie batter flavoure. It's just so good.

OATMEAL! I have similar schedule to yours and it keeps me full until noon. Sometimes when I'm lazy I make them in a jar and then just grab it in the morning and eat at the bus stop :D Also so many variations. Bored of berry mix? Make apple cinnamon. Add peanut or almond butter if you're gonna be really active.

Also I like to make granola bars (homemade Lara bars are great) and just grab it from the freezer for later.

Overnight oats- just put raw rolled oats in a jar or tupperware. Add enough almond milk over the oats. Mix in a bit of greek yogurt for creaminess. Then take out the next morning and add fresh/frozen/dried berries, almonds, honey!

Avocado and egg toast.

Lately I've been eating avocado and hummus on rye bread. Super tasty, and it keeps me full forever :tu:
