Re: Miss no personality aka Chloe Bunny pt2
Like a genuine question, who the fuck is going to chloe and kaitlyn for advice? I’m not trying to be mean but for women in their late 20s they’re seriously really immature and are not articulate whatsoever and their advice is just stolen quotes from tumblr.

Chloe is 100% one of those annoying people that JUST discovered Nietzsche and Sartre...and has to subtly hint that fact every chance she gets. It was VERY obvious when she learned the word "existential".
kinda like when you first learn to cuss... and throw them in to every sentence because you think you sound cool and so grown up.
Can't wait to hear her take on "the meaning of life" as a 25 year old in constant crisis with a shoddy mental health. lol

The patreon podcast thing is just another money grab. They should've included in their own patreons as extra content or something but having two patreons is kind of pointless imo. Also the price is too high for just a podcast when there's tons of free ones on other platforms. And asking them for advice for what?. Chloe is really inmature, i don't see her giving good advice or forming two coherent thoughts together a scam and a watse of time imo

Also, I don't mean to sound mean, but the artwork is very lazy too. Like the image looks flipped and they changed the hair colour of one of them and called it a day. They don't look like Caitlin or Chloe at all.

I think the craziest thing about the podcast patreon is that it's not even like the podcast is ONLY on patreon and that is why it's expensive... it's literally basically just early access which is NOT worth that much money.LaurieShelby wrote: ↑Thu May 25, 2023 12:35 amThe patreon podcast thing is just another money grab. Her most recent story about “everything I do is for gay people”? Big yikes.

Re: Miss no personality aka Chloe Bunny pt2
omg i saw that too... wtf?? that was so cringe.... Gay people are just people, yes, support LGBT, but to say everything you do is for Gay people is such a pick me thing to say. Like what do you want, all the gay guys to lift you up a cheer CHLO-EEE CHLO-EEEE. if I was gay, I would honestly be side eyeing her hard. like, too much girl... too much. It reminds me of the girls that are like "Gay guys LOVE me... LOVE ME...We just like, get eachother."
Its on the verge of fetishizing in my opinion. I have always felt like Chloe has this weird obsession with having gay friends and what not.

She’s so cringe in everything she does, eeeww. Also I never said anything about this here but I remember her bashing ali hazelwood out of the blue just bcs she’s a white author. I understand we should read more diverse but don’t try to “kill” someone’s work just bcs they’re white and popular. And her romances became popular because writing about stem women or even man in general is not often seen. I love ali for writing about people like me, I work in stem and it’s so hard to be taken into consideration for a post you studied hard for years (because it’s a male teritory), and when you get the job they laugh at you and believe you can’t do the same as them cause you’re a girl. Chloe should have at least a bit of respect for ali, her being a neuroscience professor, alas Chloe is… what.. a money grabber on yt. Not even making something worth for the money like other yt content creators do.

Re: Miss no personality aka Chloe Bunny pt2
I get this weird vibe from Chloe that she subconsciously uses her activism as a way to feed her ego because of her insecurities. She likes the praise she gets from her over the top posts. She gets praise for saying shit like... "everything I do is for Gay people". She loves that people like her for that, it gives her ego a boost. Chloe is a very insecure individual that likes to hide behind things... and I think her activism is a huge one... thats why she is always so supportive of EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE all the time.... she wants so badly for people to praise her for it. She gets the feeling that if she supports everyone, then everyone will like her. Im not saying all activists are like this... its just how Chloe goes about her activism that is very "fishing for praise" if you know what I mean.
Its ike.... "Im going to say how amazing gay people are.... so you can tell me you love me and how great I am for it."

Re: Miss no personality aka Chloe Bunny pt2
chloe is just out of control. the bunny thing is out of control, her wardrobe is out of control, her spending is out of control... literally everything. and i don't understand how she still has as many patrons as she does, why is anyone paying for extras? especially when her content is literally a quarter of what it used to be. people are allowed to change and read less and have new interests, of course. but it just sucks because she used to be my favorite booktuber and she didn't read 20 books a month - she read 5-10 but made consistent and engaging content about BOOKS. the person i see now is the gretchen to caitlin's regina... on a lesser scale, but nonetheless. She is literally incapable of having a differing opinion from caitlin and it's so cringe and i don't get why people don't comment on it. my closest friends who have very similar reading tastes to me - even we don't always line up.
i also doubt this friendship is gonna last forever. we know what chloe is like. but caitlin? i can tell she loooves having someone with a large following backing up every single one of her favs and opinions...

Yeah it's ridiculous. I also think that the way they keep talking about their relationship being soo special compared to their other friendships is so childish and toxic honestly. I would be hurt if I was one of their friends. Also I think it's definitely not true that they have been closer from the beginning, Jaime lived with Chloe after allgirlactik88 wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 6:00 amThe erasure of Jaime in their friendship story lol

Re: Miss no personality aka Chloe Bunny pt2
Yeah... its very toxic and such an odd thing to say outloud. Their relationship almost feels a bit co-dependent and enmeshed in this weird way... like they are both so obsessed with eachother, and they don't want to lose the obsession the other has with them... so they both fawn SO heavily. I feel like if either of them started to drift away.... there would be a horrible sense of panic (and they know this) that would bubble underneath this neatly laid perfection because of their codependency. Its like... the more they fawn, the less likely the other will leave them behind. I kept waiting for them to start making out with eachother. It's such an ODD thing to flaunt a friendship to the outside world constantly and to such a degree..... its really bizarre to watch.... and I dont think they realize its weird.Pyttipannu wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 12:16 pmYeah it's ridiculous. Re: Miss no personality aka Chloe Bunny pt2
another good example of this was when Chloe mentioned that fake scenario where Caitlyn said a joke that offended her, and how she would approach that situation... but Caitlyn didnt realize it was a fake scenario... and she was on the verge of a LITERAL panic attack. She was absolutely terrified that she even SLIGHTLY offended Chloe in even the smallest way. It was such an odd reaction. Like, if it was my friend I would be like... "Wait lol what? What joke was that I don't remember..... oh I thought you were serious, lol.." and we would have a little chuckle. Caitlyn had a literal heart attack, and started breathing heavily, as if she hurt Chloe beyond repair! Again... it was that weird underlying panic that is so blanketed by a "perfect friendship"..... if your friendship was really that great... you wouldn't fear offending someone so heavily with a tiny little joke. I feel like that says a lot.jackietea wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 1:45 pmYeah... its very toxic and such an odd thing to say outloud. OMG... Please, Please, PLEAAAASE tell me you saw that "whorephobic" stripper fashion appropriation thing she shared on her pole instagram. I literally about died laughing because it was such a ridiculous idea I thought it might actually be a joke that Chloe accidentally took seriously because of her stupidity.... Please tell me Chloe isn't going to start pulling a "whorephobia" card to add oppression points to her already "difficult" hand she was dealt.

Re: Miss no personality aka Chloe Bunny pt2
sorry, I keep posting, but her posts lately have been really irking me. But Also, if Chloe is so concerned for strippers because their fashion is being stolen for street wear and sex workers are being appropriated... and stolen from, which is bad because they are trying to make money in a capitalistic world, and its the only thing they can do to survive.... then isn't Chloe a problem even MORE SO. She has taken stripper culture.... gone to instagram, dances pole for free and is taking the allure of strip clubs away from actual strippers trying to make a living? Why go to strip clubs when you can find a half naked chick online, dancing for FREE in her amazing home and stripper clothing, who takes stripper fitness classes....who is also "too good for strip clubs".jackietea wrote: ↑Wed May 31, 2023 9:47 amOMG... Chloe is literally doing what she is yelling at everyone else for doing, but WORSE in my opinion. Chloe is straight up appropriating stripper culture by taking what they have done for years, and doing it for free online, and taking the strip club allure away from real sex workers that are doing it to survive.

While I do get what you're saying, you can be a sex worker without your main motivation being money. Some people just like doing things that fall under the umbrella of sex work. Strip clubs continue to do fine even though the internet has provided other ways to experience it for years, posting pole dancing for free is really not a big deal.jackietea wrote: ↑Wed May 31, 2023 10:08 amsorry, I keep posting, but her posts lately have been really irking me. As for the post and what Chloe may believe, I do think it's a bit of a stretch to say that people wearing "stripper fashion" is appropriation. I think that kind of message would land better if it was just about attitudes towards sex workers, where a sex worker and a non-sex worker can wear the exact same thing but the sex worker is more likely to be shamed for it just because of the work they do.

Re: Miss no personality aka Chloe Bunny pt2
No, I agree with you 100%... anyone should be able to wear whatever fashion choice they choose AND post whatever they choose on instagram (though they cant expect a CERTAIN kind of opinion on it.... that is other people's right). If someone wants to post pole...or wear stripper clothes, by all means... go ahead. What I'm saying is... Chloe is being hypocritical with her statement. You cant call out strip club appropriation in one area, and not in another. If you are going to be upset about people appropriating "stripper fashion" and wearing it outside of the club, then you you have to also question appropriating the actual dance strippers PERFORM outside of the club. It's exactly the same thing. She is doing exactly what she is telling people not to do.bcj13 wrote: ↑Wed May 31, 2023 12:23 pmWhile I do get what you're saying, you can be a sex worker without your main motivation being money.
