I kind of feel bad for her to some degree because she gets criticized for everything she does in the trash section of this forum, like every little tiddly detail about her. I know that it's a trash guru forum and that she might not seem like a genuine and relatable person anymore due to the amount of fame she has received but some of the things people say about her are really uncalled for and just rude. She still knows how to make her videos interesting and enjoyable even if she isn't the best at makeup which is a great skill to have and that's why she has gotten so big.

One thing: She care about others. Her videos are very creative and always lovely to be watched.
Actually I don't agree to people who hate her just because of her chin. It was a very personal matter, I believe. But, Michelle shouldn't lied to her subbies about it like telling that she got it from weight loss. I think that was also why she got the hates now.
She is just another human being though, she is not flawless and still trying to find her real identity.

Same here. I was introduced by her via her first make up tutorial on YT. Actually I first watched it on xanga, which was months before she put it out on YT. Those were the good old days when videos were still home videos and YT newbies were still down to earth with a beautiful vulnerability.

She was one of the first gurus I watched. I like some of her old tutorials. Michelle somewhat introduced me to makeup.

I find her really talented. None of her looks are the same and for a self taught makeup artist that is huge. Most of the self taught YTers do the same look over and over again.
She taught me how to do a smokey eye look. Up till then I had seen so many tutorials but I never could understand what to do (even Lisa Eldridge's video was hard for me to follow), but her technique was just soooo simple to do.
I like how a lot of her looks are for the everyday woman and are not ridiculously contoured and highlighted. She also uses very little base makeup, which is another great thing for daily wear.

I am happy for her recent comeback after a long break. Although I believe she's come back to a dysfunctional YT infrastructure, I do think she will have it in her to try to make the most of it.
Just to add, I enjoyed watching her older videos for the soft, gentle music she played along with them as well. Her videos are nostalgic for me.
