Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter and banana
lunch: Asian chicken salad
snack: low fat yogurt and strawberries
dinner: steak and roast vegetables
snack: protein shake

Breakfast: A plate of banana, apple, and honeydew melon, with a cup of tea.
Lunch: Salad made of spinach, apple, cucumber, turkey, and pine nuts.
Snack: A banana and a pretzel
Dinner: Small wiener schnitzel and salad.
Snack: Half a frozen banana and some tea.

Breakfast: Plain Chobani with strawberries, banana and toasted muesli
Lunch: macaroni and cheese with grilled chicken, spinach and cherry tomatoes mixed in
Snack: apple
Dinner: lamb chops and cauliflower mash

pre work out: "breakfast" protein/coffee/almond milk
post work out: date/cocoa/ground almond/coco/coconut oil ball, protein/coffee, hand full of walnuts
snack: serving size of sprouted chips
lunch: chicken breast/broccoli
snack: nuts, date ball mentioned above
dinner: chicken burgers (homemade with ground almond instead of bread crumbs), cob of corn, broccoli
glass and a half of red wine and lots of water, like, lots! and before bed, i'll take Metamucil and my cal/mag

...hungry again though!! and no alcohol today...YET

Breakfast: sausage croissant and a diet coke.
Skipped lunch (not feeling feeling well)
Afternoon snack: sliced Watermelon and 2 cans of diet coke before dinner
Dinner: red beans and rice with deer sausage and sweet tea.
Nighttime: a huge thing of water with strawberry lemonade crystal loght squeeze stuff in it and a handful of trail mix.

Snack : Green grapes
Lunch : Quinoa with smoked tofu with steamed broccoli and peas
Snack 1 : Cashews
Snack 2 : A cucumber
Post workout dinner : 4 scrambled eggs on coconut oil with fresh spinach

banana, peanut m&m's, grilled cheese, apple, chicken & a very simple salad, almonds, "party" sized coffee crisp

I started my day with an energy bar that I made last night. I make granola bars with honey and some raisins and blueberries. I also eat Greek yogurt with raspberries on top. Fruits make my day brighter and sweeter. I also like how berries have anti-oxidants and make my skin glowing.

Dinner: turkey, masshed potatoes, a croissant
Misc: pumpkin pie, 2 mini candy bars, water, peach tea, some detox tea that tastes disgusting but it's supposed to promote healthy liver so whatever...

Oh sh*t the detox/laxative tea! I used to use it in my late teens every time I blew my diet. The taste was absolutely horrible, I can literally taste it in my mouth right now while typing this it was so memorably terrible. It was disgusting to drink but it really cleaned me out.

I've been trying to make a point to eat better and exercise and yesterday that all went by the wayside. As I was trying to fall asleep I felt so nauseous! I don't know if it's just a coincidence or what. But I'm going to do better today. Here's what I had yesterday

Breakfast: mango, blueberries, grapefruit, belvita oatmeal breakfast biscuits
Lunch: 12 spicy chicken nuggets with a s/c chive potato from wendys
Dinner: Chinese takeout
misc: Dr pepper, some chocolate, starbursts, a stack of Pringles, some carbonated lemon flavored water, vanilla black tea

For lunch I had some leftover lasagna

Today I had:

Four pieces of dark chocolate
Probably 10 or so pieces of these teeny tiny sugar candies that taste a little bit like lint
I might've had water but I don't remember

It's been a baaaaaaaaaad week and today, I think, was the peak. I can't eat when I'm upset, hence the pathetic list above. :?

11:30am: 6 inch veggie delight sub from subway, all the salad options, on wheat.
1pm: Latte
5pm: 2 chicken burritos from tacobell + 2 of the little dessert cinnamon ball things
11pm: Glass of chocolate milk

I've drunk like.. 5 (I think) glasses of water. Today was a pretty shitty day in terms of eating properly.

Snack-Utz spicy potato chips ( I rarely eat these)
All day - lots of water
Lunch - brown rice with vegetables, Italian Tofurkey, and a large egg. On top I added a tiny bit of soy sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper and sriracha.
Dinner: brown rice with mixed (pressured, not can )beans (lentils, chickpeas, navy beans, etc.) with salsa and cayenne pepper.
I will try to not say mean things about others.
