Daniel very defensive. I feel bad for him because he’s trying to convince himself his situation is ideal and it’s so obvious he doesn’t believe what he’s saying. The house is in Joey’s name. I looked, so there’s nothing Daniel could have done anyway. He doesn’t seem like the type to fight someone for a home anyway.

The two of them have been on the outs a long time. Most of us have suspected something has been wrong for a long time. Daniel is so outgoing and Joey has major anxiety issues and is a recluse. When Daniel started taking trips before Christmas I knew it was over. I believe they broke up around February. Not sure if that is the time they got rid of red, I forget, but it seems close to it.

For now they are still friends, but only because it’s earning them views. As soon as one of them starts dating the claws will come out.

I think Daniel was looking to bolt a very long time ago; he does seem quite happy.

Joey is looking worn down. He mentioned in the cat naming vlog, that he is still suffering from chronic mouth ulcers and is getting more tests done. Usually only people with severely depressed immune systems suffer from these types of issues (e.g. AIDs or Lupus). Joey is not my favorite, but I really hope he is okay. His diet seems unnecessarily restrictive, so maybe he just in desperate needs of nutrients. Hopefully he is also taking appropriate COVID precautions, because who knows how his immune system would react to the virus, if it can't cope with normal mouth bacteria. There are also a few parasites carried by stray cats that can be really dangerous for a person with a compromised immune system.

I am pleasantly surprised that Joey and Daniel still seem to be civilly co-parenting the dogs. I have never met two people who use "Doggy Daycare" more than them though....why even get dogs if you can't/won't take care of them? And why couldn't Storm be wherever Lark was?

I agree with the medical stuff. Something is going on and whoever he is seeing isn’t going a good job. It’s an overgrowth of yeast and that is usually caused by excessive antibiotic use if it isn’t caused by an autoimmune disorder or disease. He’s extremely skinny and does restrict to a great deal. I know he does so because he thinks it’s helping his yeast but it seems it isn’t. He needs calories!

She went into premature labor for unknown reasons (she was a stray so it could have been anything), and they weren't able to get the kittens to thrive via tube feeding. 3 were born, and 1 was stillborn. He says he will spay her and find her a home now.

Joey has only bred healthy animals in the past, so I wonder if the pain and devastation of losing the babies will put an end to his animal exploitation videos. He doesn't have a whole lot going on, so I am guessing he will just choose his pregnant animals with more care going forward. Kittens and puppies bring in the views.

question- what happened to Azura? he posted an instagram that she was being spayed and then they would find her a nice home, but since then he hasn't mentioned her at all- if you ask me total use and make money and then rehome and don't talk about when she isn't profitable now she wont have kittens. I think he kept Sakura since she's a witchy black cat that kinda matches his brand and he can use her for merch ( see new shirt) and he now has space for another animal he will find and adopt for youtube later


Also if I remember correctly didn't LEO disappear ? he didn't film saying bye to her and then some of the other kitten he never said who actually owns them now- not even my friend in ... took ... - makes me wonder who they gave them too, again i hope they were responsible in finding the homes and didnt just sell them to people who wanted cute animals


I hope he actually found her a good home and didn't just turn her into the shelter for them to rehome. feels so fake her disappearing like this- I hope he learnt from his that stray animals need a lot of care and he'll think before finding another in the street and bringing it home.

She’s hiding the puppies because you’re touching them and bugging them . Leave them alone. Why do you think she’s jumping all over you and whining while you’re putting on collars. She’s trying to distract you from them. It’s sick the way you use these animals for views.

Why is Joey going to England so much?

He went to England around Christmas in the middle of the pandemic and stayed for a few weeks. And said it was cut short because of the virus and went back to LA.

And now he just went over to England again, apparently for at least the rest of the entire summer. The whole entire summer… that seems kind of long to not see his dogs and cat. Maria, Daniel’s mom, is apparently back in his house, pet and house sitting while he’s gone.

He flys what looks like to be first class with those seats that you can sleep in.

Is he traveling for business for his Escape the Night show? Or does he have a new BF in England or something? Why England and why for months? What’s the tea? anyone know?



Also before he was out and with Daniel didn’t Joey have a long distance boyfriend he use to fly to see? I don’t know, I can’t remember such old tea.

Why is Joey going to England so much?

In addition to the fact that, up until now, Americans aren't allowed to visit the UK as tourists, so he must have some work-visa or some other workaround approved. He's there for "work", even though he's traipsing around England to see his friends during a pandemic. I do wonder how he finagled his way there when borders aren't exactly open.
I also like how he was, kind of, filming himself breaking quarantine by "walking" to his covid test, and then he conveniently "got lost" and cut filming...

OMG! I think I may be on to something. So I think there is a possibility Joey is seeing Mark Ferris! If you go on Mark's Instagram stories, you can hear in the video from some pub while playing darts voice in the background. I think that is Joey's voice. Also, I don't know if I'm imagining it or something. But Mark did post after Zoe's baby shower, and I think there were 4 pictures. I think one of them was Joey with Mark. And now, that picture is deleted. Also, Joey is in England way longer than he planned. And Mark seems to be really happy lately. Maybe far-fetched but IDK.

Joey is such a little mean girl. I fully believe what Peter Monn has said in his videos in the last month that Joey and Daniel are more business partners than anything.
I remember following Joey in 2010 and he was all about this British youtuber who her brought to the US. Him dating a porn star doesn't surprise me one bit. Joey & Daniel was more a partnership than anything else.

Now that he's older I feel he has lost ALL his creative (I'm not talking about his ghost written books) but he used to have a drive with his music videos etc. and now he doesn't seem to have anything.

I don't think we will ever see anything new or interesting from him, ever. Sad really but he really is not the brightest bulb anyway so.

So he is crowdfunding the Escape the Night movie? While he is a millionaire himself? He tries very hard to make ETN about 'what the audience want' but it's quite clear this is a project to prop up his own profile in the YT world.

And he has done this before. Anyone remember 'Storytellers'. He got funding for that YT series for more episodes/another season which eventually never materialised even after he had the funds. I wonder what happens with this time of him begging for money.

Usually professional indie film makers without any resources use crowdfunding so that they can get the project going. Not established youtubers who have money in their bank account. Not a good look for Joey, especially since this is not the first time him doing this and that time wasn't really transparent.

I think you're 100% right. Everyone is sick of him. The reason for my comment was that I didn't like a millionaire asking people for money for another vanity project.

But I think nobody is interested anymore anyways.
