I surprise that no people discuss about NYX Face Award.
Hopefully the right and deserve people win, not the overrate again ...

I don't follow up with the face awards at all. Every now and then my sub box would be filled with NYX UNBOXING HAUL!!! and they're so long and boring.

I actually think the right person won last year, but it's JMO that she put a lot of work into those videos and has a great personality. She didn't seem to be banking on mindless subbies who would vote no matter what.

In this round I was a bit annoyed by the amount of entries that were just copies of well known superheroes/villains. I refuse to vote for anyone who didn't make up their own. Do they seriously think copying Marvel should win them $2500?

I really like Madeyewlook's red robot ish villain. She actually got creative and I love how she used the announcement video.

I also like watching at least one unboxing, watching it over and over again for the same round is boring though.

What surprised me the most about these awards is how awkward and embarrassing the videos were, from people who are normally not that embarrassing.

Do you guys think that the NYX Face Awards is set up this year? Some people really shouldn't have made it to where they are now. I think some are just sliding by from their subscribers.

Did any one see beautypolice's video for it? I didn't think it was that great....I feel like she shouldn't have gone through to the next round, on her mask it wasn't that clean, she could have came up with something better IMO.

unboxing videos are soooooo boring. but the entry thing is actually interesting. The editing are soo cool! I wish they made that for all of their tutorials instead of JUST the nyx ones, but it seems a lot of work so i understand...

some of the people in the compention shouldn't have made it into the top 12. There is only like 3 that I think that should be in that compention. the unboxing videos really are boring. yeah it's cool they get sent the makeup, but are the actually going to use all of it, or will they just keep it in the collection to look good.

Just watch their video for round 3 challenge,
only 3 that come out with original idea and skill, really do a great job.
other isn't bad but their look remind me other guru work as well.

Seriously, I think that what this award focus on??
creativity and skill ??? but why i seeing other unoriginal idea and bad skill people enter ???

I really enjoy her videos. I wish she would invest in a better camera though. Otherwise I'm a complete fangirl when it comes to her! I get my boyfriend, my friends and even my family to vote for her every day!

A long time ago I said that xxmakeupiscoolxx would never make it in the NYX face awards and now she's in the top six. I was wrong, but I still think she only made it cause of her subscribers. Her tutorials aren't shit but I don't think they were top 6 material.

This competition turned me into a fangirl over madeyewlook. This is kind of dumb and mean but I'll be upset if she doesn't win because she is way more talented and creative than the others.

after last year why even bother when it's obviously rigged. It's not about makeup talent, but what generic girl can giggle and OMG over NYX. It's worthless.

Have a bad feeling that the talent and skilled makeup artist or blogger will be ignore like Angie, Lisa and Bethany last year,
hope I am wrong, since I want a real talent or skilled win this award.
